Derk Online takes payment before the commencement of work in order to avoid the inability to pay on the part of the client in case work has already been completed. In the extremely rare event that, work commenced before payment was made, you will be sent an invoice to make payment using Derk Online’s Invoice Payment URL (https://derkonline.com/pay-an-invoice). Failure to make payment before the due date will result in the complete shut down of all services Derk Online provided to said client. Once this has happened, there will be a 2.5% late payment fee of the total amount, placed on the total amount to be paid if services are to be re-activated. Please make payment before the due date listed on the invoice to avoid this.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Derk Online and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Derk Online. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Derk Online for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
